In 2015, Points of Light and Avviato entered a strategic partnership where the Avviato team took over the day-to-day management of the HandsOn Connect application. Avviato is very knowledgeable of the product, as they have been the HandsOn Connect development partner for over four years and a partner of Points of Light for over 10 years.
We believe this new partnership gives customers the best of both worlds: you continue to get a Points of Light product, but managed and supported by Avviato’s experienced technical and product team.
